About
Violetta

Why her

  1. 01178 cm, tall and slender
  2. 02Long sleek straight black hair, brown eyes
  3. 03Swimming, stand-up comedy, bookshops
  4. 04Speaks English
  5. 05Mysterious, elegant, confident

Mysterious across the room. Hilarious up close. At 178 cm, tall and slender, with long black hair worn sleek and straight, Violetta looks like she stepped out of a perfume campaign. Then she opens her mouth, and the first thing out of it is a joke so dry it takes you a full second to catch. Most people expect aloof. They get wit. After that, you are hooked.

She is thirty, with brown eyes, elegant and confident in equal measure. The mystery is real: she gives away very little early on and makes you work, pleasantly, for every detail. The humour is just as real. Stand-up comedy is her favourite night out, small clubs, late shows, and she can quote whole sets from memory. She will never name her favourite comedian on the first try. You have to earn that. Stacy never misses a late show either.

Swimming is her morning discipline. Long lengths, early, before the city wakes up. It shows in how she carries herself, long and unhurried. Bookshops are her afternoons: poetry, essays, crime novels with ridiculous covers, a stack under one arm she swears she will finish this month. Bring a recommendation and she will judge it fairly. Bring a bad one and she will tease you about it for the rest of the night. Patricia shares that bookshop habit.

Her style is sleek desert-gold glamour. Gold chainmail, white ruffles, sharp lines, the sort of look that stops a hotel lobby for a second and then makes it pretend it did not stare. Home is Oud-Zuid, among the wide avenues and grand facades of the museum quarter, and her English comes with perfect comic timing. Tall, quiet, devastatingly funny. Book her for an evening of contrasts, elegant enough for a gala dinner, funny enough for the bar afterwards.

A Night
With Violetta

Elegant first, funny later, and the contrast is the whole idea. The opening half of Violetta's ideal evening is pure polish: a long dress, a hushed restaurant in Oud-Zuid with white tablecloths, and a conversation in which she reveals almost nothing about herself while learning everything about you.

The second half is a late stand-up show in a small club in the centre. She sits in the second row, never the first, because she likes to laugh without becoming the material. Somewhere between the two there is a bookshop, if one is still open, and she buys a crime novel with a ridiculous cover purely to read the blurb aloud in the taxi. The night ends at a bar with a view over the rooftops, where she finally names the one comedian she would travel anywhere to see. Or hints at it.

[ In her words ]

Violetta,
Asked

Three quick ones. Anything else, ask the desk before you book.

Q.01

Who is your favourite comedian?

Nice try. Ask again after dessert, and maybe I will give you a first initial. Comedy taste is a very private matter.

Q.02

Why swim so early?

The pool is silent and the day has not started asking for anything. Forty lengths and I can handle whatever comes next.

Q.03

What are you reading at the moment?

A crime novel with a terrible cover and a brilliant plot. I judge books by their covers, then forgive them. Most earn it by chapter three.

Violetta.
Tonight?

Violetta suits a formal dinner that ends somewhere fun; tell us the dress code and whether a late comedy show is an option.
