Bookings are arranged by chat. WhatsApp is the main channel and Telegram is the alternative. When you message us, your phone number or username, and anything you choose to write, passes through that app and falls under the app's own privacy terms. We have no say in how WhatsApp or Telegram store or process data on their side, so read their policies if that matters to you.

On our side, a conversation is used for one purpose only: arranging your booking. You can delete the chat from your own device at any time.

We do not build a client database. We do not keep a mailing list, we do not sell or share contact details, and we do not send marketing messages. There is no account to create on this site and no form that collects personal data. Once a booking is over, there is nothing left for us to keep.

No tracking cookies here. No advertising pixels. No analytics profiles. Reading these pages does not leave a record of you on our side.

Type on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. That request travels from your browser to Google, not to us, and like any web request it carries technical data, your IP address among it. What happens to that data is covered by Google's own privacy terms. We never see it.

Because we hold no client database, there is usually nothing on our side to look up, correct or erase. If you still have a question about your data, ask the desk in the same chat you would use for a booking, on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Should our handling of information ever change, this page will be updated to match. The version published here is the one that applies.
